Public Sector Industrial Relations

The Public Sector Industrial Relations Unit provides strategic public sector industrial relations policy, financial and technical advice to achieve financially sustainable employment arrangements that will:

  • attract and retain a quality workforce across the Victorian Public Sector;
  • support strategic workforce and service delivery reform; and
  • lead the development of government industrial relations policy.

Provides a summary of the terms of the current agreement for the Victorian public sector, as well as specific conditions and terms for certain departments within the VPS.
