Gateway reviewer training

Individuals wishing to become Gateway reviewers should undergo Gateway Review Team Member training and register with us.

Both public and private sector personnel can become Gateway Reviewers and participants can choose from two types of workshops:

  • Review Team Member (RTM) covers the principles and techniques of the Gateway review process; or
  • Review Team Leader (RTL) focuses on the shift required to step up from a RTM to a RTL role. The RTM training is a pre-requisite for RTL training.

Gateway training is outsourced to our provider BTLi. Visit the BTLi website to register for a workshop.

Group workshops

Group workshops are also available for departments or larger groups (12-16 people).

Contact the Infrastructure Advice and Delivery Group or email gateway.helpdesk@dtf.vic.gov.au for more information on group training.
