Description

On 31 August 2007, Plenary Environment was awarded the contract to deliver the Barwon Water Biosolids Management Project.

The Plenary Environment consortium has designed, built, financed and is now operating and maintaining the facility over the 20-year contract term.

The facility commenced operations in September 2012. The project is delivering a sustainable programme for the treatment and beneficial use of biosolids from the Black Rock Water Reclamation Plant and a number of other Barwon Water reclamation plants.
