DTF’s Gender Equality Action Plan reflects DTF’s commitment to improving gender equity within our workplace and community to help us better serve and support the Government and Victorian community.
The action plan includes a range of strategies and measures to improve gender equality and diversity across DTF.
The action plan recognises that gender inequality may be compounded by other forms of disadvantage or discrimination that women may experience based on Aboriginality, age, disability, ethnicity, gender identity, race, religion, sexual orientation, and other attributes (also known as intersectional gender inequality).
DTF’s Gender Equality Action Plan has been approved by the Commission for Gender Equality in the Public Sector as meeting the requirements of the Gender Equality Act 2020 (Vic).
