Matters nominated by the Secretary

The Directions and Instructions establish that the Secretary may nominate matters.  This page lists these nominations.

Tender Notices (Instruction 3.4)

Tender Notices must be published on the website or system nominated by the Secretary using the applicable form.

Evaluation criteria (Instruction 3.7)

The Secretary may approve assurance systems that may be cited by suppliers of Works or Construction Services as evidence of complying with the mandatory evaluation criteria.

Forward notices (Instruction 5.1)

Forward notices must be published on the website or system nominated by the Secretary using the applicable form.

Publishing details of procurement undertaken (Instruction 5.2)

The outcome of tender processes must be disclosed on the website or system nominated by the Secretary using the applicable form.

The website nominated by the Secretary is the Contracts module on the Buying for Victoria Supplier Portal (formerly Tenders VIC).

Use of registers and Supplier Panels (Instruction 6.1)

The Secretary will publish a list of approved registers.

The list of approved registers as published at Government prequalification registers.

Contracting requirements (Direction 7.1)

The Secretary or a person nominated by the Secretary must publish a list of Victorian Public Construction Contracts.

Supplier performance and shared reporting regime (Instruction 8.2)

Completed supplier performance reports must be submitted to the website or system nominated by the Secretary, which is the online buyer portal feedback form(opens in a new window).

Complying with International Agreements (Attachment 2 to Instruction 2.1)

Publish domestic dispute arbitration clause. The clause is published at Buying for Victoria website - International Agreements.
